So here's a screenshot of the Dislike Basket, otherwise called your Food Profile. I didn't count all the options here, but I bet there's over 100 different food choices you can choose to have excluded from your menu. This is especially useful if you're on the Chefs Choice plan where the chefs are choosing your meals for you. Also, if you're on Premium Choice and don't have time to select your individual meals, having your Dislikes set up is quite helpful since you won't be receiving foods you don't care for or are allergic to. On Chefs Choice, you have a maximum number of 8 food dislikes. On Premium Choice, your dislike pile can be as lengthy as you'd like. As you can see, some of my dislikes are calamari, shrimp, soy burgers, soy sausage, Tofurky, canned Tuna, brussels sprouts, applesauce and caviar. If you mouse over the images on the screen, text comes up telling you what each food item is (in case you're like me and have never seen or heard of Quinoa before). If you've got problems with lactose, you can go over to the Dairy tab, select "All Dairy" and you'll be sure not to receive any lactose products in your deliveries. Don't like shellfish? No problem. There's an option for that as well. I didn't see any options for wheat gluten which I've read is a big deal for some people. I'd bet your CS representative could help you out with that. Oh, and if you ever want to remove a food from your Dislike Basket, simply click on the picture and it's back in the "good" food pile.
I actually received my first delivery this morning and consumed the breakfast. I'll post pictures of all meals tonight (so I'm not constantly uploading photos all day). It was actually pretty tasty! I'll get to the reviews later, though :)
